If after the purchase the app still asks you to pay and doesn't recognize your subscription please make sure that you created and logged into your ClearVPN account under the email address you've used to purchase your subscription (you should have a receipt in your inbox).
If you can't remember the password - you can always use the Reset password option to restore it.
In case you are logged in with the correct email and the system still doesn't recognize your subscription and/or you didn't receive an email confirming your Premium purchase, please contact our support.
