Make sure to log in to the app with the same email address you've used to purchase your subscription. To find this email, look for a receipt from us in your inbox — and use this email to log in to your app.
The code doesn't arrive after entering your email?
If the code didn't arrive within a couple of minutes, check your Spam folder and then try to request a new one.
