If you purchased your subscription from our online store (not from your mobile app, App Store or Google Play): you can cancel your subscription on your account page. Here’s how.
1. Go to my.clearvpn.com/profile and click Log in
2. Enter the credentials you used for purchasing your subscription and click Log in
3. In the Current plan field click Cancel Subscription
4. Click Cancel Anyway.

After you cancel your subscription, it’ll still be active until the end of the current billing cycle 😉
